Palm Square AntipoloProject Brief

Project Name:
PALM SQUARE
Concept:
COMMUNITY LIFESTYLE CENTER
Location:
M. L. QUEZON AVENUE, ANTIPOLO CITY

Marketing / Leasing Group:
FPD GLOBAL INTEGRATED SERVICES, INC.

Target Opening:
4TH QUARTER OF 2008
Primary Market:
RESIDENTS OF MIDDLE-TO-UPSCALE SUBDIVISIONS,

Project Strenghts

Size is just enough to accommodate a cluster of bankable tenants who will complement each other;
Site is beyond traffic-congested areas yet proximate to the affluent communities of the city;
Project is just next door to Lores Country Plaza and Lores Market, both strong traffic generators;
24-hour public transport availability (note: right across the street is Antipolo City Doctors’ Hospital)
Project concept is the first and only of its kind in the entire Antipolo City;

Opportunities

Antipolo City has yet to have its own F&B hub that caters to the upscale market;
The city’s original commercial district (vicinity of the city hall and the church) suffers from perennial traffic problems, thus discourages people who are looking for decent dining places;
The newer and more affluent communities are moving to this side of the city, within walking if not short driving distance from Palm Square;
On 24/7 basis, peace and order is definitely not a problem on this part of the city;
Doctors, hospital personnel, and families and friends of patients confined at the private hospital across the project are considered captive markets;
Churches and schools are also within short distance from the site.
